Roll Back Malaria Partnership
The Roll Back Malaria (RBM) Partnership is a key organizing body for bilateral and multilateral donors. While raising the global profile and funding available for malaria control, it has had limited success in halving the global burden of malaria by 2010, its stated mission - this target was unreachable simply because no real attempt to measure a baseline or progress was made. In 2006, RBM underwent a CHANGE process to refocus its activities to this end. AFM believes that RBM can and should play an integral role in convening and coordinating the various malaria control partners and in holding governments and donors to their stated commitments to fight malaria.
